To reserve a function room, please send a reservation form to the hotel Marketing and Sales Department. Please specify the proposed date and time of your event, the number of persons, and list all services required and the method of payment suitable for you.

The following banquet services can be provided for the participants of the events held in the conference rooms:

Coffee breaks (price per person)

Tea, Coffee - 50 rub.
Tea, Coffee, biscuits - 110 rub.
Tea, Coffee, biscuits/selection of cakes - 160 rub.
Tea, Coffee biscuits/cakes, sandwiches - 260 rub.
Mineral water – 1 bottle (500ml) - 45rub., 1 bottle (1500ml) – 80 rub.
Business lunch – from 850 rub
Cold buffet – from 500 rub.
Hot and cold buffet – from 950 rub.
Dinner (set menu) – 2000 rub.
All the above prices do not include beverages, which can be provided at 300 rub. per person (wine, Champagne, juice, mineral water)
There is a corkage charge of 250 rub. per person if client’s beverages are used.
